Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing learner competence against set standards and specifications.
  • Verifying learner competence through observation, questioning, and evidence review.
  • Maintaining accurate records of assessment and verification activities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of SVQ Level 3 qualification in the subject area, with preference for Level 4 (SCQF Level 8).
  • A valid workplace assessing or verifying qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Variable hours, casual contract.
  • Based at Thurso, Alness, or Dornoch campus.
