We are seeking a skilled SVQ Assessor to join our team at UHI North, West and Hebrides. As a key partner of the University of the Highlands and Islands, we have a long history of delivering high-quality education and training in rural and island communities.
The successful candidate will be based at one of our campuses in Thurso, Alness or Dornoch, where they will be responsible for assessing and verifying SVQs in Health and Social Care. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and contribute to their personal and professional development.
We offer a competitive salary of £31,258 per annum, pro rata, which reflects the importance of this role within our organization. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing and verifying SVQs in Health and Social Care
- Working with students to identify learning needs and develop individualized plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
