Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Banking Partnership Specialist to join our vibrant team at Raisin, where you'll drive growth across Europe and the UK by nurturing partnerships with our platform's banks.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a results-driven individual to support maternity leave coverage in our team. The role involves building and managing relationships with key stakeholders of our deposit taking partner banks on a day-to-day basis.

  • You will develop a solid understanding of our banks' requirements and help our partner banks succeed on the Raisin platform, working closely with our marketing and distribution teams.
  • You will report on the progress of relationships and projects to internal stakeholders and use respective tools.
  • You will support the wider RM team with special projects and new product launches as and when required.
  • You will work with the wider Raisin teams on key projects as and when required.
  • You will ensure product information and documentation is up to date and maintained within our systems.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • An undergraduate degree (finance-related is preferred).
  • A proven track record of 3 or more years managing relationships in financial services, banking or high growth start-up environments.
  • A constant desire to learn - we offer multiple trainings / training budget to support you.
  • The ability to be hands-on in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent English is essential, additional language skills (esp. French, Italian, German) are a plus.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £50,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
