Sellick Partnership, a specialist Public Sector Legal Team based in Manchester, is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to fill the role of Resourcer Specialist.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to transition into the recruitment industry. As a Resourcer, you will have the chance to work closely with experienced Managers, develop strong relationships with legal candidates across the UK, and contribute to the growth of our established legal recruitment team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with Senior Recruitment Consultants to source top talent, developing existing candidate relationships, expanding our candidate network via social media, and actively sourcing candidates through various channels.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will receive tailored training and development opportunities to help you progress within the business. Our comprehensive training program ensures that you have the support, experience, and skills to achieve your goals and ultimately become a skilled Recruitment Consultant.

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, reflecting the importance we place on attracting and retaining top talent.
