Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to drive growth and partnerships across Europe and the UK.

About the Role
  • Nurture relationships with key stakeholders of our deposit-taking partner banks.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of banks' requirements and help them succeed on the Raisin platform.
  • Report progress to internal stakeholders and utilize respective tools.
Your Profile
  • Undergraduate degree (finance-related preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing relationships in financial services, banking, or high-growth start-up environments.
  • Desire to learn, with multiple training opportunities provided.
  • Ability to be hands-on in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Fluent English essential; additional language skills (e.g., French, Italian, German) a plus.
Salary and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:

  • An annual personal training budget of £1,700 and 4 full training days per year.
