Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager Lead to join our team. This role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives customer retention and growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, email marketing, and loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a CRM strategy that aligns with business goals and pillars.
  • Lead the segmentation strategy across all email marketing touchpoints, ensuring optimal customer value and content alignment.
  • Manage and optimize our loyalty program, ensuring a frictionless user experience and strong participation rate.
  • Nurture relationships with email platform providers, staying up-to-date with industry news and updates.
  • Maintain compliance with GDPR legislations and ensure data integration across e-commerce and digital channels.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, e-commerce, and email marketing.
  • Proven expertise in email data platforms such as Klaviyo, Ometria, and Loyalty Lion.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with ability to troubleshoot regular issues.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to manage a growing team.
