Global Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Global Partnership Specialist to join our global team. This role is integral to our success, focused on expanding partnerships with leading organizations worldwide to offer meaningful internship experiences.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of companies across 20+ industries, understanding each partner's unique needs, and successfully onboarding them into our global internship programs. This role involves owning the full sales cycle and taking accountability for specific countries and industries under your purview.
- Prospect and connect potential partners through cold outreach.
- Progress qualified leads into partnerships and onboard them onto our technology platform.
- Provide support and expertise to new partners on internship design, training, and structure.
- Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, key account management, or recruitment.
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency with data and sales software.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with experience managing clients through the full sales cycle.
- Willingness to travel to London for client meetings, conferences, events, and training.
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for travel, education, and cultural exchange.
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
