Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our Shop team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate products and provide customers with expert advice.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain high shop standards and ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Open and close the shop as needed, ensuring a secure and organized workspace.

Working Patterns: A blend of long opening shifts, long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts, with a typical weekly rota made up of varying shifts.

Benefits: Optional overtime, pension scheme, annual ShareSave, discounts with retailers, and healthcare and wellbeing support.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
