About Our Job
">We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a National Sales Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple sectors, developing strategic business partnerships, and delivering exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities
">* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Roofing industry, leveraging your expertise and network to secure deals and drive revenue growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing customers in the Prison and Hospitality sectors, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations where possible.
* Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for growth in new sectors and regions.
* Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers and expand our customer base.
* Work closely with operations and other departments to align business objectives and deliver exceptional results.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications
">* 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Roofing industry.
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic business partnerships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough market research and identify opportunities for growth.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to utilize data analysis to inform business decisions.

Benefits Package
">* Competitive salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
