About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our Asset Management and Technical Services team in Kent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing manpower on site, ordering materials, managing on-site works, and snagging mechanical biased projects. You will also act as a liaison between the site and project teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate mechanical site works, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Review drawings, works information packs, and technical data to identify potential issues and ensure compliance
  • Check that works are being carried out to the required standard and quality
  • Raise mechanical issues identified through snagging or non-spec compliance
  • Ensure all issues are addressed and rectified before site personnel leave the site
  • Review mechanical manpower resource requirements and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Mechanical biased NC/HNC/MA/Degree or equivalent
  • CSCS
  • SSSTS or SMSTS
  • Good knowledge of welding principles and techniques
  • Full UK Driving Licence
