Credit Management Specialist

RG Consultancy is working with a leading Manufacturing company to find an experienced Financial Accountant to join their finance department. This is a hands-on, busy position that would suit someone with experience working with customers.
Duties:
- Establishing payment plans and resolving customer queries
- Chasing outstanding debts through communication with customers
- Processing payments and managing customer transactions
- Managing customer relationships and identifying areas for improvement
- Managing a portfolio of customers and providing excellent customer service
- Performing other administrative tasks as required
