Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional service to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
  • Collaborate with the Credit Manager to achieve targets and maintain a balance between customer relationships and credit risk management.
  • Manage overdue debt to maximize cash flow and minimize bad debt.
  • Review and improve processes within the Department to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt.
  • Work with internal functions to identify and resolve process issues.
  • Ensure the timely provision of regular management reports and ad-hoc information.

About You:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Credit Controller who can take ownership of their performance and identify areas for improvement. You will have intermediate Excel skills and be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels across the business.
