Gartner Sales Leader for Customer Service and Support

About the Role:
We're seeking a driven and ambitious Account Executive to join our Gartner for Customer Service & Support Leaders product vertical. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct client contract value retention, expansion, and the introduction of new products and services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective, enterprise-wide strategies to improve the value delivered by Gartner products and services.
- Manage a portfolio of 15-20 large enterprise accounts, with a quota of $1.1MM+ in contract value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level leaders to drive business outcomes and growth.
- Exercise forecast accuracy on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
5-10 years' B2B sales experience, preferably in Technology, SaaS, services, or a consultative environment.A proven track record of building excellent client relationships and driving revenue growth.Strong account planning and territory management skills.Ability to manage complex sales processes and accurately forecast results.Knowledge of the full sales cycle and experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.About Gartner:
