About the Role

The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and acquiring new clients to Gartner, with a focus on mid-sized client accounts. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with C-Level executives, and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with organizations that have not previously worked with Gartner
  • Build strong relationships with C-Level executives, supporting them in achieving their mission-critical priorities
  • Owning the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals
  • Act as a strategic partner with senior executives across various organizations within an assigned territory of mid-sized enterprises
  • Convert viable prospects into active Gartner clients, leading the full sales conversation and negotiation, through to transitioning new clients to the account management team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Business proficiency in Dutch is required
  • Professional-level English skills are necessary for training purposes and company language
  • A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
  • Between 2-6 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success, preferably in consultative, senior-level B2B sales or similar
  • Experience selling IT, staffing/recruiting, or professional services solutions is highly preferred
  • Demonstrable ability to navigate complex conversations with C-level executives to uncover explicit needs and value
  • A high level of commercial intellect, executive presence, and sales acumen
  • Competitive drive with a collaborative approach

Gartner offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
