This role involves designing and delivering personalised learning programmes to support apprentices in gaining required knowledge, skills and behaviours. The successful candidate will also contribute to assessment, eligibility, onboarding, and induction to accurately record apprentices' starting points.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing learners and caseloads effectively, utilising technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. They will also possess industry competence and experience in a senior management role, with the ability to consistently demonstrate operating as an outstanding or minimum good trainer/assessor.

Responsibilities include completing Apprentice learning, assessments, reviews, and completions efficiently, always aiming to exceed the quality standards set by management. The successful candidate will provide individual coaching, arrange visits, and support apprentices in developing workplace skills essential for qualification completion.

Pearson offers a competitive salary of ££45,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits including a comprehensive training programme, opportunities for career progression, and a supportive team environment.
