About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Corporate team at Aon. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored risk management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored risk management solutions.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Deliver Risk Management Solutions: Work with our team to deliver tailored risk management solutions to our clients.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with our Project Management, Broking, and Claims teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and apply this knowledge to our business.

Requirements
  • Commercial Insurance Experience: Proven experience in commercial insurance, preferably in new business.
  • Professional Style: Ability to impact and impress in 1:1 prospect meetings.
  • General Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of commercial insurance and risk management.
  • Results-Focused: Proven track record of delivering results in a sales environment.
  • IT Literate: Experience using databases and other IT systems.
