Job Title: Academic and Communities Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at Quartz Business Media. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and delivering cross-channel marketing campaigns to achieve event or project objectives.
  • Content Creation: Develop and proofread marketing copy for various platforms, including advertising, social media, email, and PR.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and support the creation of marketing materials.
  • Campaign Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate digital campaigns and marketing emails, making recommendations to improve performance and drive ROI.
  • Marketing Materials: Assist in designing, producing, and distributing promotional materials for various portfolios.
  • Media Partnerships: Negotiate marketing partnerships with media and associations.
  • Event Promotions: Collaborate with exhibitors and sponsors to encourage third-party promotions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to gather information and deliver a strong marketing message.

Requirements:

  • Marketing Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Education: A marketing degree or qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Key Skills: Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, proficiency in using technology and software tools, and strong organizational skills.
