We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Quartz Business Media. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and implementing marketing campaigns across our events and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns across various media channels, including advertising, digital, direct mail, social media, and PR.
  • Assume strategic marketing ownership for assigned portfolios, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Effectively manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including collateral and content.
  • Generate ideas for compelling content creation and distribution.
  • Manage relationships with media partners and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate and professional data management.
  • Ensure the upkeep of product websites.
  • Develop feedback surveys to gather insights for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee registration and online ticketing processes.
  • Implement robust tracking and evaluation of marketing campaigns.
  • Champion on-site marketing activities during exhibitions and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, with a track record of creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • High level of proficiency in using technology and software tools, including Microsoft Office, website systems, email broadcast systems, data management tools, and project management software.
  • Creative, daring, and innovative approach to campaign development.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and deliver on time.
  • Detail-orientated and able to demonstrate initiative, determination, and creativity.
  • Able to accommodate extended working hours as needed around key show times and travel worldwide when required.
