Marketing Campaign Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team at Quartz Business Media. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the marketing director in planning and delivering cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Assist in market research to inform marketing plans and collateral.
- Monitor and evaluate digital campaigns and marketing emails, making recommendations to improve performance.
- Negotiate marketing partnerships with media and associations.
- Communicate with exhibitors and sponsors to encourage third-party promotions.
- Proactively participate in team meetings and project meetings, contributing to the success of marketing and wider team activities.
- Liaise with suppliers, including designers, printers, and website companies.
- Support marketing managers in organizing projects and maintaining customer databases.
- Monitor competitor activity to gain insights into other marketing practices.
- Liaise with internal departments to obtain information for delivering a strong marketing message.
- Possess a solid understanding of event marketing disciplines and best practices.
- Have a passion for creative writing and a strong interest in marketing.
- Be proficient in using technology and software tools, including Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrate initiative, determination, and creativity in content creation.
- Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Have a desire to develop your marketing career and a drive to continuously improve your skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.
