Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business development, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and managing and developing accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new leads, and proactively contact them to secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
- Manage and develop accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Create and administer contract documentation
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure product offerings meet business client needs
We are looking for candidates with experience working in a B2B sales role, preferably in the kitchens or domestic appliances sector. A basic salary of c. £32,000 to £34,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience) plus uncapped OTE of another £20,000+ is on offer, along with a range of benefits including free parking, company profit share, employee discount on products, health & wellbeing programme, and company events.
