Sales Development Representative

An industry leading independent supplier and installation of premium products have seen impressive growth over the past few years, and now have an exciting Sales Executive opportunity in their B2B sales team where you will be responsible for driving new business development to build your own client base, as well as managing, nurturing and maximising your own set of accounts through providing the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and Generate New Leads: Proactively contact new business opportunities to secure new business.
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage and Develop Accounts: Ensure accounts are managed and developed to meet business needs.
- Negotiate Contracts and Close Deals: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet business objectives.
- Create and Administer Contract Documentation: Create and administer contract documentation to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with internal teams to ensure product offerings meet business client needs.
We are interested in speaking with candidates who have experience working in a B2B sales role as a Sales Executive, Telesales Executive, Business Developer, Business Development Executive, Sales Account Manager, Account Manager or Business Development Manager. Ideal sector experience would include kitchens or domestic appliances - but this isn't essential.
Basic salary c. £32,000 to £34,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience) plus uncapped OTE of another £20,000+. Benefits include: Free parking, company profit share, employee discount on products, health & wellbeing programme, company events and more. There is the chance to work 1 day from home after probationary period as well.
If you're coming via public transport to work, the offices are 5-6 minutes walk from the nearest train station and very close to bus stops as well.
