  • Identifying and responding to sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Managing escalation paths for support and project issues to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Building strong relationships with key customer influencers to foster long-term partnerships
  • Collaborating with management to develop business plans and allocate resources effectively
  • Providing strategic advice to customers on planning and budgeting
  • Traveling internationally to visit customers regularly
  • Familiarity with BSS and/or OSS applications is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management skills are essential
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing information and circumstances is critical
  • Commercial awareness and innovative problem-solving skills are highly valued
