Our OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Growth Strategist to drive the success of our fast-growing list of Fortune 500 customers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for owning customer relationships from adoption to renewal and expansion.
Role Responsibilities:- Drive product utilization and optimize configuration to maximize value for customers
- Advocate internally for product improvements based on customer feedback
- Showcase business impact to customer executives through regular Business Reviews
- You possess a patient and caring approach, with strong organizational skills and a driven mindset
- You are excited by AI and its potential to transform and improve how businesses operate
- You thrive on helping customers achieve their desired outcomes from software investments
- You have excellent spoken and written communication skills
- You are action-oriented and prioritize tasks effectively
- You have direct experience in finance and/or accounting, including Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, and Accounting
- You have exposure to finance tech, such as SAP Concur, Chrome River, NetSuite, and Oracle
