Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Growth Strategist to drive the success of our fast-growing list of Fortune 500 customers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for owning customer relationships from adoption to renewal and expansion.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Drive product utilization and optimize configuration to maximize value for customers
  • Advocate internally for product improvements based on customer feedback
  • Showcase business impact to customer executives through regular Business Reviews
About You:
  • You possess a patient and caring approach, with strong organizational skills and a driven mindset
  • You are excited by AI and its potential to transform and improve how businesses operate
  • You thrive on helping customers achieve their desired outcomes from software investments
  • You have excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • You are action-oriented and prioritize tasks effectively
  • You have direct experience in finance and/or accounting, including Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, and Accounting
  • You have exposure to finance tech, such as SAP Concur, Chrome River, NetSuite, and Oracle
