We are seeking a Senior Account Strategist to lead, support and advise on some of the most important client accounts of our firm. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the structure, operations and strategic direction of the relevant client accounts.

The Senior Account Strategist will focus on developing specific accounts, together with the wider account teams, for priority, global and regionally strategic clients. In addition, the role will involve sharing and encouraging best practice in relationship management, advocating for the client voice and promoting client feedback.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the client's business, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client decision-makers and account teams.
  • Guide the account teams through the client planning process, ensuring the strategic direction is maintained and moved forward against the client plan.
  • Work alongside the Relationship Partners to implement retention and targeting initiatives to strengthen the relationship between client and firm.
