Retention Marketing Manager

Revival Drinks Limited is growing rapidly, trading in the UK, EU, and UAE. We've transitioned to an in-house model, offering a unique opportunity for a senior marketing appointment. As our first retention-focused hire, you'll champion our customers' post-purchase journey, utilizing email marketing to drive KPIs.

We rely on data-driven decisions, and you'll need to be analytically minded, extracting insights from complex data sets to inform optimization and refinements. Your expertise will be essential in building best-in-class email strategies, testing content, and segments to drive sales.

You'll work closely with our content team, briefing them on required content and imagery for upcoming emails and campaigns. Regular reporting on performance will be crucial, benchmarked against our business KPIs and targets.

This role requires a strong background in retention marketing, with a focus on email marketing. You must be committed to the long-term success of the business and able to work in a small team with a flat structure.
