About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our in-store management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of colleagues to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective operational plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer-centric initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
