As a valued member of the Guest Services team at Cribbs, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Our team operates on a 7 on 3 off, 7 on 4 off, and 8.5 hour shifts/8hr shifts dependent on the rota, with a guaranteed 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
- Engage proactively with customers, recognizing the value of their feedback in shaping our services and reporting it on their behalf.
- Serve as the central point of contact for customers at the information desk, playing a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the centre.
- Record and monitor lost property, facilitating returns to customers where possible.
- Facilitate the free loan of mobility equipment within the accessibility centre, ensuring equipment is cleaned and monitored for safe use.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in all equipment and environments, reflecting our commitment to our customers.
- Adhere to health, safety, and safeguarding procedures, promptly reporting any incidents or accidents to ensure the well-being of everyone in our workplace.
- Participate in site emergency management procedures (full training provided).
- Serve as a First Aid Responder (training will be provided).
About You:
- You will have a genuine passion for working in the retail/customer service industry, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Possess a fun and energetic nature, along with a can-do attitude.
- Be reliable, relatable, and authentic in your interactions with customers.
- Applicants must agree to a mandatory DBS check if requested.
