We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team at Nationwide Building Society.

Job DescriptionThis exciting role will see you working as part of a high-performing team, providing exceptional customer service and support to our members. You'll be responsible for delivering a first-class experience through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate and timely assistance to customers, resolving their queries and concerns efficiently
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their financial well-being
- Maintain knowledge of our products and services, ensuring up-to-date information is shared with customers
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all interactions
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office
