Sales Development Lead

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at the Plymouth Office. As a key contributor to our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and converting inbound leads into sales.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Pitching our products to various sectors.
- Conducting virtual demos and appointments to close deals.
- Self-generating leads to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiating contracts and securing sales.
In return for your hard work, you can expect a competitive OTE of £62,000+, including a basic salary of around £27,500 and commission. We also offer a hybrid working model, allowing you to spend 3 days in the office and the remaining time working remotely.
About You
- You should have prior experience in targeted sales environments.
- You must be confident and experienced in outbound sales.
- Experience with CRMs and system efficiency is also required.
