BENEFIT COSMETICS is an innovative beauty brand seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to lead our team in the South-West region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving retail sales growth across your designated area through effective leadership and coaching of your sales development manager (SDM) team.

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retail Sales Growth: Collaborate with SDMs to set and achieve retail sales targets for each store in your region.
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Ensure that all SDMs are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to promote our products effectively, utilizing the 'Magic Formula' 8-step selling system.
  • Team Development: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to SDMs, focusing on their sales and marketing skills.
  • Customer Engagement: Work with Retail Events Manager to develop a program of events and activities that drive customer engagement and loyalty across your region.
