About Us

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is a leading recruitment business in the Southwest, with offices in Bristol, Exeter, and London.

We have experienced rapid growth from 8 to 50 people in under 3 years and are now looking for talented individuals to join our team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills and knowledge of the recruitment industry while working with a specialist technical and engineering consultancy covering the whole of the UK and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • To work closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • To build strong relationships with clients and candidates

Requirements

  • Motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales and recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 rising to £30,000 on promotion + uncapped commission up to 40%
