**Estimated Salary:** £25,920 - £30,360 per annum

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing emotional and practical support to individuals, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
  • Accompany individuals on outings and activities in the community
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., social work, nursing)
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults or children
  • UK Full Clean driving license with access to a vehicle with business insurance
  • DBS check (provided by Prosperity Care & Wellbeing)
