Job Title: Complex Injury Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Complex Injury Paralegal to join our dynamic team in Southampton. As a key member of our Complex Injury Claims Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the progression of complex injury claims from receipt of papers to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality file handling services, ensuring timely and efficient progression of claims
  • Prepare and file court documents, diarise court orders and hearing dates, and liaise with experts and counsel
  • Communicate effectively with insureds, witnesses, and other stakeholders to gather evidence and information
  • Maintain accurate records and update case management systems
  • Conduct legal research and provide support to the team on complex liability issues
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs grades 5 or above or A-C with a strong interest in law
  • Experience in a file handling role, preferably in a personal injury team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
