Are you a driven individual looking for a challenging role in freight operations? We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Freight Personnel.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the Managing Director in various administrative duties, while also cultivating relationships with existing clients and actively seeking new opportunities for business growth.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry and maintaining office supplies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Freight, Transport, Distribution experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Compensation and Benefits:

■£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (circa)

Commission/Bonus structure

23 days' annual holiday plus extra holidays for a Christmas shutdown
