Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at CV Screen. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for handling customer orders, supplier quotes, and stock maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar administrative role with a focus on sales or supplier coordination, familiarity with CRM systems, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Teams.

As a remote worker, you will be expected to manage your own workload effectively and participate in internal quality auditing as per ISO9001 standards.

Salary: £25,000 + Excellent Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer sales orders from issuing quotes to tracking deliveries
  • Support general administrative tasks and provide customer support over the phone

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role with a focus on sales or supplier coordination
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Workbooks) and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Teams
  • Previous experience working remotely and managing own workload effectively
