Sales Administrator

At Day Aggregates Ltd., we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to provide excellent support to our Area Sales Representatives and Sales Managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of IT systems and applications, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus a 9% employer pension contribution with Scottish Widows. You may also be entitled to discretionary Annual and Christmas bonuses. Our benefits package includes 29 days of annual leave, including 8 Bank Holidays, as well as a recruitment referral bonus and 'Death in Service' benefit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling incoming calls and emails, and order processing.
- Produce and follow up sales quotations at regular intervals.
- Manage system management tasks on the sales IT system.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a sales office-based position would be beneficial.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems and applications, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of building/construction materials and aggregates would be beneficial but is not essential.
