We are looking for a talented Sales and Administrative Assistant to join our team at Aligra Melksham. This exciting opportunity will see you providing vital support to our Sales office while developing your skills in administration and customer service.

About the Role:
  • Assist the Sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation
  • Build relationships with customers through effective communication via phone and email
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, such as newsletters and event invitations
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and arrange business trips
  • Update CRM system information and track customer feedback
  • Provide coverage for other departments as required

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a professional attitude. Previous experience in sales or administration is preferred but not essential.

Benefits:

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus benefits.
