The Caraires Consultancy Careers is a friendly, non-profit membership organisation based in Rugby.
Our team is small but busy, and we are looking for a Training Administrator to join us. As this role is part of a small team, there may not be significant opportunities for career advancement in the near future.
Key Responsibilities:
- We need someone with excellent administrative skills to answer enquiries over the phone and via email, maintain our database and CRM system, process applications, chase payments, and organise DBS checks and certificates.
- They will also be responsible for setting up training rooms, coordinating exam dates, booking tutors, raising invoices, and chasing payments.
Requirements:
- Our ideal candidate has some experience in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to plan, organise, prioritise, and use initiative.
- They should be proficient in IT systems, proactive, and have a keen eye for detail.
Salary Range: £24,000 - £24,500 per annum.
