Job Title: Field Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Field Operations Coordinator to provide critical operational support to our Field Services team. This role is essential for Motorola Solutions' legislative compliance and requires proactive planning, scheduling, and reactive tasking of field engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing operational support to the Field Services team
  • Updating Fissara site database
  • Processing customer briefs and supporting RFCs into the change team
  • Requesting POs and managing finance queries
  • Planning and scheduling field engineering tasks
  • Liaising with service managers and engineers

Requirements:

  • Fully conversant in Microsoft applications (Office, Word, Excel) and Google suite (Mail, GDrive, Sheets)
  • Conversant in written English
  • 1-2 years of similar experience desirable
  • Knowledge of Remedy/database application
