About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our supported living service at Lilly Hill in Bracknell as Assistant Support Workers. As a key member of our team, you will provide residential care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks and promoting life skills.
  • Follow agreed support plans and risk assessments to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service that meets each individual's needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent service and support the aspirations of service users.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • No prior experience in the sector is required, as we provide a comprehensive induction and training program.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, as part of a rota system.
  • Commitment to equality and diversity, with a positive approach to supporting people with learning disabilities.
  • Valid UK driving license.
