About the Role

We are seeking a Female Support Worker to join our team in Bracknell. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with learning disabilities in their daily lives, including personal care and daily routines.
  • Assist with finances, meal preparation, and other daily tasks.
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities and hobbies, such as arts and crafts, shopping, and social events.
  • Work collaboratively with other Support Workers and care staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities (desirable).
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to work sleep-in shifts.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
