About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions in Bracknell. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with learning disabilities in their daily lives, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and financial management.
  • Engage in activities that promote social inclusion, such as bowling, arts and crafts, and community events.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality support service.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
