About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Night Support Worker to join our team at Look Ahead. As a Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to customers in a residential setting, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build supportive, trusting relationships with customers and create a positive atmosphere
  • Work proactively with other members of the team to handle the service caseload and administrative responsibilities
  • Conduct key work sessions as required, that are innovative and engaging in order to achieve Support Plan goals
  • Ensure ongoing assessment and management of risks associated with customers within an attitude of 'positive risk taking'
  • Provide support with daily living activities, including practical assistance to support customers to independent living
About You

We are looking for someone who is fundamentally calm and resilient, with a practical and logical mind and is naturally well organized. You should be able to apply the right balance of care and support dependant on the needs of the customer. You will thrive on change and enjoy dynamic diverse environments.

What You'll Bring

You will need to have an NVQ Level / or equivalent with some previous relevant sector work experience.
