About the RoleWe are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team as Assistant Support Workers at Lilly Hill in Bracknell. As an Assistant Support Worker, you will provide residential care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
- Support individuals to develop life skills and independence
- Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure high-quality care and support
- No prior experience in the sector is required, as we provide comprehensive training and support
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
- Valid UK driving licence
- Commitment to equality and diversity, and a positive approach to supporting individuals with learning disabilities
- Generous annual leave allowance of 33 days per year, rising to 35 days with service
- Competitive hourly rate of £12
