Facilities Service Desk Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk & Facilities Assistant to join our team on a Permanent basis.
The RoleThe Facilities Administrator will be responsible for efficiently managing the facilities helpdesk and ensuring that all compliance-related administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the facilities helpdesk and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Complete compliance-related administrative tasks accurately and on time
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in facilities management software (e.g., Symphony MIS, Eworks, Ostara, Omni ledger)
- 2 years' experience in helpdesk or similar role in facilities management
- Strong background in helpdesk operations and compliance administration
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
