Job Title: Facilities Service Desk Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk & Facilities Assistant to join our team on a Permanent basis.

The Role

The Facilities Administrator will be responsible for efficiently managing the facilities helpdesk and ensuring that all compliance-related administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the facilities helpdesk and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Complete compliance-related administrative tasks accurately and on time
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in facilities management software (e.g., Symphony MIS, Eworks, Ostara, Omni ledger)
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in helpdesk or similar role in facilities management
  • Strong background in helpdesk operations and compliance administration
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
