Asset Data Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Data Project Coordinator to join our team at VanRath. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for coordinating all planned services within your remit, working closely with project, commercial, and other service delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately record and maintain all information necessary to give accurate planning schedules.
- Resolve client, operational, and commercial queries relating to planned maintenance.
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of the CAFM system, facilities management services provided to customers, and all relevant processes and procedures.
- Uphold Data Protection Policies and maintain confidentiality.
- Perform general office duties as required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.
