Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Connect Transform Sustain (CTS). As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all planned preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all planned preventative maintenance tasks, including organization and prioritization of work schedules, administration, and updates to the asset database.
- Work with subcontractors, site teams, and management team to ensure works are scheduled, completed, and updated in line with business requirements.
- Assist the Helpdesk Coordinators with general administration tasks and provide Helpdesk cover for planned or unplanned absences.
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of the CAFM system, facilities management services provided to customers, and all relevant processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent administration skills, including computer literacy and knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of dealing with the general public in a professional manner.
- Demonstrable experience of working within a performance-driven environment and to tight deadlines, ensuring KPIs are delivered.
