Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Connect Transform Sustain (CTS). As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all planned preventative maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all planned preventative maintenance tasks, including organization and prioritization of work schedules, administration, and updates to the asset database.
- Work with subcontractors, site teams, and management team to ensure works are scheduled, completed, and updated in line with business requirements.
- Assist the Helpdesk Coordinators with general administration tasks and provide Helpdesk cover for planned or unplanned absences.
Requirements:
- Excellent administration skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized, with the ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Team player with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
