Job Title: Helpdesk & Facilities Assistant

VANRATH is recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation based in Holywood, who are seeking an experienced Helpdesk & Facilities Assistant to join their team on a Permanent basis.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the facilities helpdesk and ensuring that all compliance-related administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the facilities helpdesk and ensure timely resolution of queries and issues
  • Complete compliance-related administrative tasks accurately and on time
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to colleagues and clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in facilities management
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in helpdesk or similar role in facilities management
  • Strong background in helpdesk operations and compliance administration
  • Proficiency in facilities management software (e.g., Symphony MIS, Eworks, Ostara, Omni ledger)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
