About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Retail Store Supervisor to join our Wellbeing Hub team at NEOM Wellbeing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our store, driving sales and company objectives, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-responsibility for the day-to-day running of a standalone store
  • Drive forward sales and company objectives
  • Assist the Store Manager with payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reports
  • Take full ownership of store and team in Store Manager's absence
  • Lead by example and support your team with daily tasks
  • Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising are upheld
  • Organise and support in-store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand while working with partnering businesses
  • Training of current and new team members
  • Proactively identifying how you can contribute to the wellbeing of our planet, our colleagues, our community, and our customers
Requirements
  • At least 1 year minimum experience in a Retail Supervisor role
  • Experience in the Health & Beauty Industry
  • A passion for wellbeing
  • A love of customer service and the ability to translate this to inspire your colleagues
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative and supportive team
  • Alignment with NEOM values with a keen interest in wellbeing
  • Have the desire and capability to coach and develop your team to reach their full potential
  • Be commercially driven, seeking constant brand opportunities to increase store footfall
  • Meticulous attention to detail, able to maintain impeccable standards in store
